A Lao-led company with Swedish and Australian industry expertise: engineers, a wood scientist, and a local management team trained in our own factory.
Leadership
A civil engineer with a master's degree from Vietnam and a long track record in construction and civil works through PML Construction. He founded PML EasBeam to make certified structural timber in Laos.
He brings a wide network across Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, and speaks Lao, Vietnamese, Thai and English.
A senior executive with more than 25 years of international experience in greenfield start-ups, business development and executive management. He project-managed the construction of the Burapha plywood mill in Laos and, with Dr. Adam Redman, has taken engineered wood products from Laos through Australian structural certification.
He is also Honorary Consul of Sweden to the Lao PDR, and speaks Swedish, Lao, Thai and English.
A wood scientist with three engineering degrees, a PhD in wood drying technology and more than 25 years in engineered wood panels. He led production ramp-up, QA/QC and laboratory testing at the Burapha plywood mill.
At PML EasBeam he leads product development and the quality program behind our certification.
Management
Master's in civil engineering. With PML since the start, leading local teams across mining, agro-processing and construction. Also runs in- and outbound logistics.
With PML since the start, overseeing finance and administration. Speaks Lao, Chinese and Thai.
Bachelor's in business administration, with eight years in administration and human resources in the mining processing industry.
Forestry graduate trained at the Wood Processing Training and Development Centre, National University of Laos. With PML since factory construction.
Forestry graduate trained by Dr. Redman from day one. Instrumental in setting up our in-house lab and the product certification process.
Mechanical engineer with 30 years in heavy industry and machinery around the world. Keeps our lines running and trains staff in safe operating procedures.
